On My Heart

Christian had his tonsils and adenoids removed today. This is my prayer tonight:

Thank you Lord for watching over Christian today and keeping him safe throughout his surgery. I thank you in advance for a speedy recovery. I pray that his time off school this week will be blessed and that we will have some great family time. I thank you for his sweet, tender heart and I pray that you will continue to protect it. I thank you for providing David with his insulin pump. I pray that it will be a new chapter in his life. One of health and joy. I pray that all of his days will be blessed as he strives to be the daddy/husband/man that you have called him to be. Please bless him in the workplace as we know that we look to you as our provider and not the economy.
